Today, Me and my boyfriend went to Chile & Mango for lunch. We saw so many influencers posting about this place as well as the Google Map rating is very high, therefore, we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, it was a little bit hard to find a parking spot because there were only two spots reserved for this place.

When we walked into the restaurant, the interior design was very pretty and the staff were very nice and welcoming. After we got seated, we browsed through the menu and saw that they had two flights, one is the margarita flights and the other one is the cider flights. We ordered the cider flights this time, and picked four flavours, which were sour cherry, Saskatoon berry, wild child apple and dragonfruit. The cider was refreshing and I found the dragonfruit was probably my favourite.

Beside the cider flights, we ordered the platter with shrimp taco and carnitas taco; as well as chicken and beef flautas, and some chips with guacamole and pico. I enjoyed the food so much, the way the shrimp was grilled matched perfectly with the sauce. I love the beef flautas as well, the beef was perfectly cooked and not dry at all, very juicy. We cleaned the plate and we are definitely coming back to this place for other food.

After finishing the platter, it was dessert time! I usually would not skip dessert because dessert is necessary to me. I ordered flan and my boyfriend ordered tres leches cake for dessert. The flan with caramel was perfect, not overly sweet; the tres leches cake that my boyfriend ordered, he loved it as well.

Overall, the food and drinks were delicious and the prices were reasonable because with alcohol and two desserts with a platter of food, it cost over $60 and fed both of us. What should I try from this place if we visit it again?
